I loved staff and service - they were excellent. Smoke-free hotel in an excellent area of Kota Kinabalu. Room had a nice size bathroom and balcony, coffee and 3 beds. Got complimentary a boat charter, that was nice of them. There were excellent internet and easy parking available;))

The hotel was clean and fantastic, enjoyed the exceptionally comfortable beds. The vegetarian breakfast was excellent, that was my favourite part. A sandy beach, absolutely fabulous view. The pool was amazing and I had good drinks in the Irish bar.
